  • Pros

  • What I like the most about eMaint is not only great web-based application but best customer and technical support.
  • I really like the ability to query any table as well as joining tables to really dig into the raw data. It is nice to be able to save custom views/queries for quick selection.
  • My overall experience with emaint has been great. This software is very helpful with our Regulatory and Compliance PMs as well as with our asset management.
  • Cons

  • This software was implemented at our plant for the use of production and maintenance personal. The lack of customization for what each technician can see is disappointing.
  • The format of the WO print out is bad, especially the checklist section.
  • It is disappointing that eMaint cannot be integrated with our Infor XA program.

  • The Service Channel team is always trying to innovate the software by adding new functions or improving on existing, this is a big win to me as well.
  • Overall I am very happy with the system and software. The ease of use and the amount of data available is probably the best part of the system.
  • Now it clear and consistent and easy to review. Asset Tracking: We have heavily used the asset tracking abilities of Service Channel for the past 2 years.
  • Cons

  • This is absolutely not intuitive at all. Requiring mandatory training of vendors without paying for their time is illegal.
  • Spoken to and exchanged e-mails with multiple reps over several months and finally decided to cut my losses, discontinue using the platform, and to never return.
  • I can navigate throughout most of the site, until I use "locations. At times, I receive the annoying "not authorized" notification.
