  • Pros

  • Overall, we are very pleased with the benefits of the software and the experience with the Fleet Maintenance sales and customer service/technical support teams have been excellent.
  • Overall the experience from estimate, trial period, purchase, and back-end support has been a pleasure (seems like a great company).
  • Everything is so easy to customise, it has been easily integrated with our other accounting software packages, including a great ability to export datasheets to Excel.
  • Cons

  • The ability to do some inventory work is limited, however our company charges products out and reorders differently than most customers.
  • That pics and text docs can't be saved in both the accident screen and the vehicle info screens. The attachments should reside in the database, not just the short cut.
  • I think the area that is hard to adapt to is the vehicle scheduled maintenance. I'm probably not setting my scheduled maintenance parameters correctly.

  • I have been so pleased with the whole process of using the maintenance care system. It has completely transformed my work and work place for the better.
  • We have found support to be both helpful and responsive when we needed help. Once the maintenance scheduling gets built, it helps keep us on task.
  • Perfect tool for the task. Great experience and ease of use.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes we have to leave a task as pending as we have parts on order or other, but they have no way of being notified that we've been there, temporarily fixed it and ordered parts.
  • The usability of the app (there is no way to search)Also, no way for 3rd parties to search the request look-up page list.
  • Maintaining over 850,000 square feet with a staff of 40 had proven to be difficult without a CMMS system.
