The problem's solutions are usually on the internet. But it can not be detected problems led to the crisis in the company.

I like the ability to be to access shared documents and edit them with ease. The learning curve is tuff, but well worth the effort.

The ability to collaborate on files at the same time has been a big win for my team. We can now work on a project and divide and conquer.

Flaws: Very slow response time, lags, often freezes. The site is down about once a month which is very frustrating.

It's not at all intuitive and users have too many options to create their own system. This just ends up in a mess that is difficult to manage or takes a lot of effort to do so.

The simplicity and ease of access makes SharePoint a brilliant tool to collaborate from anywhere around the world.

Overall SharePoint has been a great and secure tool for file sharing and working with multiple members in the team. The interface is also intuitive and that contributes to its usefulness.

The search feature does not work too well and we find it odd that you have to open a text file and then open it again to edit it.

We need to depend on Microsoft support team for troubleshooting issues by providing the correlation id of the issues. The 5000 row limit of the List is the most annoying limitation of the SharePoint.

It was a good entry point, and nice that it integrated with Office 360 - that made it somewhat seamless to use.

As an admin, I find the settings page clunky and difficult to navigate at times.

OpenAsset is a great tool for our marketing department. We are able to quickly identify projects, which images are best, and search with filters to identify key images faster.

Overall we love using OA. It has much room for improvement but even so it is a great tool for both marketing purposes and the overall firm.

Really nothing - we had a massive image library, so probably setting up initially was the most difficult part.

With open asset you can build a database of images and file and structure it however is best for your workflow.

Saving the same image at different file sizes and resolution that can be linked to many other programs is also a huge time saver.

Open Asset is great for use with filing project photos for later use in marketing materials, proposal, and precedent imagery that’s searchable.

There are a lot we (responses from staff) like most about this software. The features are always being added, the software is easy to use the support is A+ and it integrates with other products.

The sync to Deltek Vision is wonderful as it is a great way to look up project information without having to go through the slow and dated interface of Deltek.

Great search functionality and ability to use asset links in other applications.

That's been a little frustrating. You learn as you go, so we should have expected that.

Not able to drag and drop images into other Adobe programs (Photoshop, for example). OpenAsset plugin only available for InDesign.

I appreciate the fact that I don't have to worry about broken links, but the lagging they cause can be frustrating.
