  • Pros

  • The customer service, quality of the product and experience, and value to our business is all fantastic. I fought hard to get the budget for GoProof and it's been worth every penny.
  • I really like this product and like that the developers are always making changes to introduce new awesome features or things to just make the product better.
  • Customer Support has always been great. It product is easy to use and has been nice for my team.
  • Cons

  • There also seems to be a delay from when we upload a proof to when the reviewer gets the email. This can be difficult for time-sensitive projects.
  • I have two complaints with this software (which I have brought up to their team multiple times and has yet to be fixed).
  • The mobile experience is VERY poor. A user shouldn't have to sign in on mobile if they don't have to sign in via desktop.

  • Pros

  • For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.
  • Creation of boards is easy and helps us to be more organized in all projects and task. Trello enables us to see who is responsible for a particular task and it's reporting is excellent.
  • I love that there is so much free with Trello, I also like the flexibility to set trello up however you want to, it is very easy to use.
  • Cons

  • Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.
  • I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.
  • Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
