My use-case for GetResponse is simple. I need an email autoresponder that is easy to use and sends emails and has good deliverability.

It can be frustrating using the drag and drop editor and in comparison to other drag and drop editors and it can feel very limited.

It gives you great templates and products. The analytics are very helpful for tracking your results.

I love the ease of use and ability to create a very large backlog of emails quickly.

They have excellent customer service, I needed help in my integration with email autoresponder and helped me, really fast.

Overall, GetResponse is my choice when it comes to email marketing because it's easy to use with an affordable price.

If you’re an affiliate marketer and want to get started on your email campaigns quickly this is the best software out there. They have super easy set up and their automations are easy to build.

The software is fairly complicated and has quite a steep learning curve, so sometimes it can be difficult to find out how to achieve your goal.

The autoresponder automation is a breeze in Get Response you can literally draw a map of how your sequence should go. Fantastic for the price.

Successfully using it for email newsletters and autoresponders. They have a funnel feature that helps visually and a great price to start on.

The SalesForce integration is absolutely terrible.

You could pay far less money and receive better service. Their email templates and builder is weak.

I also like how GetResponse has great design capabilities so that whenever we send out an email, we look like a professional company.

The below features I don't like mostly in GetResponse are as below. Their analytics are slow and confusing little bit than other platform.

This is mainly due to the ease of use. GetReponse is definitely in my top 3 email marketing programs.

Our colleagues from China couldn't enter the webinar room, load the pages or had terrible connection during the webinar.

It also has scheduled send featured which is very helpful since you can just create the newsletter very early and set the date to be send and your good to go.

Our attendees also had connection problems when using iOS Safari browsers and Firefox. By the way System Requirements on their website state completely different information).

Probably the worst experience I've had with any company.

Our list is 100% opt-in and was rejected. We re-validated with a third party service, cut and cut the list until it was just email openers in the last 5 sends and even that was rejected.

Integration issues with Dreamwaver, sometimes losing the important codes when integrating Dreamwaver HTML into Getresponse.

All the emails go to the promotion section and there is no way to go inbox not to get lost.

Nothing is wrong with the software, the only thing I would say is the landing pages are more difficult to setup.

Very good to help improve, and establish marketing presence. Very good for webinars as well.

What I like most about this software is how easy it is to not only build your email list but also how easy it is to automate the emails from the list you built.

Customer service was the worst ever. What platform doesn't have a phone line.

Ease of use, intuitive navigation, integration with other services (Youtube, for example, and Google drive), works super well on mobile.

I enjoy Gmail because it connects up with my calendar and is able to be on my phone and browser. Functionality is overall wonderful.
