A fantastic product that greatly improves our existing HR processes. From purchase, through setup and finally deployment the support was excellent.

Sometimes chat can seem impersonal when an article is dumped in the conversation after having spent a little while writing a problem up. No customer feedback for layout/build as of yet.

Reports sometimes a little confusing and limited, perhaps add the element of pie charts. Org chart not very flexible.

As a SaaS, the value for money is great. The team were very helpful in getting the software set up and it supports most aspects of the business that we run.

The integrated chat is extremely useful, with very competent people answering all your questions with great detail and in a short time.

People is great and have really taken on board my suggestions - one of which was about improving the logbook user experience.

It is useful for maintaining mailing lists and grouping people, but I don't think it is always reliable. It could be more useful.

On the face of it this looks like great software but unless you are more bespoke trained in the software I doubt you will get the value you can from it.

It is user friendly, the support is first class, and amendments are regular and helpful. The user requests for changes are brilliant and often result in smoother experience for users and admin alike.

The system is very easy to use, it has great functionality and is really cost effective. The add on of the expense module is also great.

I like being able to keep track of contacts for people and putting them into groups for various mailing lists.

Customer service is generally intercom, intercom chat bot and links to articles so a bit hit and miss.

Recording annual leave when an employee is off sick.

No integration with  online calendar providers (O365, GSuite) -  i would expect this type of product to feature automatic calendar updates once leave is requested/approved.

Holidays and absence can be approved or declined without having to log which is a nice touch. Support is always available to help and staff are very friendly.

This means self service has to be disabled and renders the product almost useless. Very unsettling that a company would just role these features out without thinking through the consequences.

Good for small, single office companies where everything is open.

The ATS part of the system has been excellent. Great service and a great price.

The product is very easy to navigate, it looks nice, it's user friendly and employees like it. There are many great features to the product that have made our lives as HR professionals very easy.

Easy to set new people up and save important company HR documents. The support team are really great too and always try to come up with good solutions.

I most like the ease of use and basic functionality.

Easy to use, easy to set up. Fine for a company which wants unbridled access for all staff, but serious concerns around internal company privacy and security with some of the new features.

The features are very good - wide range and very good value for money.

This is an excellent, all-in-one-place, HR package for a small company. It has restrictions, but on the whole it's easy to use with good support both in on-line guides and the support team.

The customer support is for the most part great and they do get back to you when you have a problem within an hour.

Sometimes when there are releases other things get messed up on the software. Sometimes there is alot of down time.

The customer service is excellent. Queries are dealt with quickly and satisfactorily, which is important with an evolving product like this which is constantly in improving development.

It is very easy and effective. The staff are very helpful and are quick to answer any questions you have.

Integration with Sage has been great and saved time in terms of duplicating information.

This apps helps my company to keep track of holidays and overtime. As well as making our life easier when we have expenses for the company.

At the moment I had a really good experience with this application.

The UI is simple and straightforward in some areas, but feels a little awkward in others.

I like to drop down boxes for ease of use when searching for clients.

This  software is very easy to maneuver through. It allows access to various case files at your fingertips.

It was very easy to integrate Casebook into our organization.

In the past we were utilizing paper files. It is a great benefit  to have when enduring situations such as the current pandemic, where staff have to work remotely from home.

What is most helpful about Casebook is that the Community Culinary School of Charlotte can capture all of our participant's information, from employment history to the medications that they are on.

The software is very disjointed. They do not allow you to look around in the demo.

The limited customization options and features.

Casebook has been unbelievably helpful as an organization in getting us started. Their customer support is fantastic.

We would rather have to work around this lack of flexibility than have the product devolve into something over-complicated.

I like the overall layout of Casebook. It is nice to have a data base for the students that I work with.

This was a horrible experience and a waste of thousands of dollars.

We had 45 minutes/or 60 minutes and we had to get it or not but she was moving on. She made a bad situation much worst.

The team assembled has been very supportive throughout the process. I appreciate their willingness to listen to our needs and work to meet those needs.

The people at Casebook are great to assist, also the use of the system is great.

Overall, Casebook has been a great addition to our nonprofit. We have found that we are able to keep everything in one location which makes communication and efficiency much better.

We found that if you really have no experience at all in creating stuff on the web, that it is alot harder than it seems.

The main missing feature is being able to attach files directly from the casebook casefile. Currently, you must download a file to your local computer and then attach them from there.

Great but needs more flexibility for customization.

Casebook staff have been great. They respond promptly to my many questions as well as welcome feedback to improve the product.

Set up the product that firvus was very frustrating and wish it came with more consultation.

Having to store custom data in Form.io forms, which are rigid to work with and difficult to report on, is by far our biggest limitation right now.

There should be a way to hide what we don't need. Additionally, there are many fields that we need that we can't rename or find a place to universally put them.

The problems that I can solve with Casebook are excellent. From tracking participants' employment history, career coaching sessions, graduation dates, etc.

Features are easy to use, the dashboard is very visually appealing and the reports are customizable.
