  • I like to drop down boxes for ease of use when searching for clients.
  • This software is very easy to maneuver through. It allows access to various case files at your fingertips.
  • Cons

  • The software is very disjointed. They do not allow you to look around in the demo.
  • The limited customization options and features.

  • I like that I am able to easily document my clients and information needed about them.
  • It is user friendly, adaptable to our needs. Support is very responsive.

  • It times out very quick and often, we realize it’s a safe guard but it’s very annoying.
  • The one thing with the software is that you have to put the time into learning how to navigate from place to place. Until you really dig into the software it can be difficult to know how to navigate.
