- The platform is user friendly and provides a very detailed help section that allows you to quickly figure items out.
- I like being able to get a snapshot of how each of my accounts are performing, in one area. Being able to take a quick look at the overall effectiveness of my campaigns is extremely helpful.
Cons
- The only con would be that I find it difficult to find what I'm looking for at times, but I would consider that more of a user error than a flaw in the system.
- I can't think of anything I don't like right now.

- You get alot of text messages in each bundle. It is a cost effective solution for a small organization like ours.
- It's simple to use and a easy solution for mass text marketing. Great for keeping our guests and member up-to-date on events and sales.
Cons
- The inability to export our lists. It's a feature that textedly needs to add with the way that campaigns are shaped today.
- It is virtually impossible to cancel the service. You can never talk to anyone you are limited to the chat or email only for support.
