The reminder system works awesome, it integrates well with my google calendar, and it's just the best for my business.

Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

My clients love how quick and easy things are set out to be. I love how they can receive confirmations quick and easy, I am still learning the software but I have been enjoying every bit of it so far.

Sometimes the email wasn’t received on the clients side , but it only happened twice so it was no worries at all.

That you lose how it looks , when you don’t pay even if you pay on time , if you miss a payment everything is gone , until you pay again.

Sometimes my clients wouldn't remember the time properly, or I would forget to write it down. Now the appointment times are clear, and there is no way for us to forget or get the timing confused.

I like that you can sell packages and my desired package has availability for 6 employees. The Stripe integration is useful and it is easy for students to schedule a lesson.

Fairly easy to use, customer service great, clever comments make me smile, integration with existing business processes good.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

My overall experience is good with Acuity. The software helps me know that my clients are in good hands when it comes to booking with me.

Overall It is an easy EMR to use and I have been a happy client for 4 years now.

The ease of making protocol templates helps with reducing my charting time. The annotated images are great to being able to easily mark where I am doing injections and or pain areas for my patients.

Great EHR/EMR Software for Integrative Health Practitioners.

They are excellent in their communication to me in regards to their updates.

What I like most about the software is that it is easy to use. The company has made great tutorials that are easy to understand and help implement.

It is as well inexpensive in comparison to other software in this category and the customer service of OptiMantra is amazing.

I am seriously struggling to find something I don't like about this software. I have recently used Cerner, EPIC, AdvancedMD, and now Optimantra.

Billing a primary insurance with medicare as the secondary is a pain.

Ease of use, integrations are amazing, makes billing easier, cohesive, intelligently thought out, very customizable, and the customer support is incredible.

If there is an issue that comes up, the knowledge base page is helpful and if not the customer service is amazing; they are quick to respond and being so helpful to find a solution to the issue.

The price is sooo much less than the inferior competition, and the competitive vendors. The quality is amazing, ease of use speaks for itself.

Patients often complain about the health history/review of systems forms that it is too long.

We liked the visual  layout of the screens, the ease at which both physicians and staff could learn the system, and the intuitive flow from one aspect of the software to the next.

Which in theory is a HIPAA violation. Thankfully it was before went live and had no patient info loaded.

I love the charting, booking, calendar, email, billing features. Auto email reminders, intake forms and consent forms are automated, text reminders, Fullscript integration, makes charting a breeze.

The reports are not as intuitive and sometimes difficult to navigate. The billing/claims has come a long way, however still some features are missing.

OptiMantra has e-prescribing, insurance billing, and integrations with tons of different labs, which has made it easy for practices to manage workflow and track everything centrally.

The support team at Optimantra is responsive and easily reached through their Feedback and Ticket features.

And it will do a lot more if you want, the advanced tasks are also available like inventory control, programs, customizations, intake forms, formulations.

All in all it is a great software, especially for this price.
