What I like most about my Elation software is that it’s quite intuitive to use. It feels like it’s built for a doctor.

Ease of use, easily accessible Pt info on one screen, few bugs/glitches, user friendly- very good compared to multiple other EHR I’ve used.

I had a list of questions of what I needed in an EHR Software and was lied  by the Implementation Team. The templates in the system are not customizable.

The best  function will be MIPS. According to patient's age and gender, Elation prompts MIPs requirements right in your note and with one click you will satisfy it.

I've recommended Elation to everyone I know who's looking for an EMR and I can't overstate how delighted I am with their product and their service.

Since then no person to talk over the phone again.

I like the ability to set reminders and track follow up.

I can tell you- Elation staff is super smart. Customer service is not needed much as everything works great.

In our multidisciplinary medical setting, elation allows us to easily collaborate on patient care across many different disciplines.

Powerful, intuitive, but not (yet) all-inclusive EHR.

We tried two other EMRs before purchasing Elation and the difference between Elation and the other two is night and day. Elation is easy to use, intuitive, and helps us to be more productive.

My staff and I are extremely happy that we ended up with Elationhealth. Everyone loves Amazon as the website is very robust and user friendly.

The thing about it is that I am also a programmer. I work on web design, UI/UX, and frankly the UX sucks.

Still no recall system and no lab interface with Quest or LabCorps.

These are the few reasons I selected Elation and I am glad. There is no learning curve.

I appreciate the faxing feature, ability to integrate with labs/hospitals for lab orders and imaging, responsive customer service and fluidity in uploading documents.

I really liked the fact that it interfaces with all pharmacies and major labs. This helps tremendously while running a busy practice and saves a lot of money in employees scanning documents.

Overall very positive experience. Appreciate having access to communication with my medical provider in a safe and secure way.

I can’t send prescriptions, which is terrible. I can’t see my schedule, I can’t make appointments.

They say I have to pay $2000 for scale(Seca). Basically they don't support it.

History in middle and all the tabs on the top. Passport function works great for patient communication.

The people are amazing and have always been helpful and caring. The software is excellent, I love it, lots of features that help me get my work done.

Overall cost justifies the ease of use and time saved for physician.

The search function is intelligent and well-implemented. Free integrations with lab interfaces to allow lab data to be imported as data instead of as images of faxed pages.

This software clearly was made with a lot of input from a practicing physician. Having used several EHR’s over the years, and hated all of them, I truly & absolutely love Elation.

Very rudimentary patient engagement tool (new update coming but adds another. No medication dispensing/inventory management built in.

They've been outstanding to work with during the onboarding process and have been extremely receptive and available when we have questions.

Easy and simple but not very powerful or robust.

More screens makes you forget when you are very busy.

I scaled back my patients on the first day, but quickly learned that was unnecessary. I'm delighted with all aspects of the program, as is my office staff.

Excellent program for safe and secure medical communication between patient and doctor. Easy to use and faster responses available on both ends.

EPrescribing is smooth and fast. Unbelievably great and friendly customer service.

I have lost so much data from my previous EHR that I never would have switched. The data migration team told me on several occasions that data could not be used or mapped into the charts.

Elation integrates (connects) fairly well with Hint Health, Spruce and MDScripts and Quest Labs.

Interface with the billing software is working great. It is not always necessary to use a complete software if that software is old and clunky.

As a small business owner, this is an affordable solution to help me run my business. The functionality meets my needs and there are more functions I can take advantage of as my business grows.

I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.

The software is user friendly. Between the numerous integrations and the app I and my clients have been very satisfied with the ease of use.

I love that there are many benefits for clients, easy tutorials and for the most part Spa friendly.

That it helps me attract clients, the ease of setting it up and your customer support is amazing. The web design and logo team are wonderful and efficient.

Vagaro hands down offers the best product for the money with additional features than most that allow for things like customizable memberships and rewards programs.

If an error is made in the transaction, the program is not allowed to cancel.

The software was very computer friendly also you customer supports was there to answer all my questions in a rapid response time.

So now am stuck with used pay desk that i paid full price for it. Looking for another provider i am done with Vagaro very soon.

In terms of functioning there are glitched and We he Customer service is Terrible at giving the right advice.

I love the compliments I receive from my clients because the ease of use and all the information I can provide to better prepare clients for their appointments.

We also love the fact that we have the app on our phones so we have the ease of having our schedules no matter where we are during the day.

I love pretty much everything about this software it is so easy to use and navigate. Simple yet it covers all aspects of what you need.

It's building it's features which is great. It's great for a business just starting out.

When this happens you do have the option to enter in card information manually, however you are charged extra for it which is another con.

I like that I am able to personalize my site however I’d like. It’s very helpful in creating websites and pretty much self explanatory when browsing thru all they have to offer.

Easy to Pull up on my Phone or P.C. Easy to checkout and Update Clients , Easy to build a Database, pretty easy to email right from a Clients Profile.

I have really enjoyed processing with Vagaro and the user friendly interface. I also love how my clients get emails and text reminders before their appointments.

I spend countless hours a month combing the system for these errors and it makes our company look incompetent to our customers.

Easy to use for me and my clients. They love the reminders and I love that all my salon information is in one location.

So completely useless for my business and a total waste of time trying to set up. This should be a big warning before you sign up.

NOTES:  I like this section it's comprehensive to different professions. The medical note section is helpful for massage therapists and other medically oriented professions.

Like, sincerely hands-down I am fan all the way. It's format is user friendly for my clients and my staff to learn.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

Like I mentioned before they have such amazing support, and training videos, and how to articles. It's incredibly user friendly.

I loved the marketing tools. The website builder and the access to easy use SOAP notes is what sold this to me, in addition to the pricing.

I like the ease of use, the scheduling and the integration of Zoom.

I am enjoying my experience and happy there is a software that takes care of the basic yoga studio needs at a great price.

Forced to have to buy gift cards that are expensive to purchase through them. Charges for the visa use was more expensive then my bank charges.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

It is easy for me to use and I do enjoy the lay out of it all. Customer support is great as well.

I love how easy it is to manage my accounting through Vagaro. Booking and Merchant services are easy and affordable.

They continue to update and improve it all the time, and have very good live customer service, which is so important when there is an issue that needs immediate attention.

Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. That can be frustrating when I'm with a client.

They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.

I also appreciate being able to see my stat's for the month and year. It's a great help for taxes.

Seems to be pretty user friendly and I'm still learn the ins and outs but for the most part I am enjoying it. Would recommend it to other users.

I love that it is easy to navigate. Also very nice I can do everything pretty much from my mobile device.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.

The only dislike is that we can not add the pets name.
