- It is reliable and works seamlessly. The team at Power Diary are constantly updating the program and are really responsive to user suggestions.
- Ease of use, great support via Help button, instant customer service, cost effective, SMS reminders to avoid client non-attendance and fantastic range of options.
Cons
- Limited functions available on the calendar - cannot view single day of the week for multiple weeks.
- Difficulty uploading my stationary template, problems writing letters in the style I choose (it’s confusing).
Pros
- Entire team including support and billing are very accessible and quick to respond to any concerns. It is easily customized and is cost-effective especially for a small medical practice.
- Easy to Navigate, ability to move freely from EMR to Billing Feature. I love the Tabular reports which help in troubleshooting when staff has problems, also customer service is great.
Cons
- We were never able to use the fax inbox for both our locations; it only worked at one location, even after several attempts by the technician and costly IT expenses.
- Also, technical support is very difficult; communication is not always clear, it can be confusing, and we do not always receive timely responses to our needs.
