Office Ally provides great customer service. Their tools are easy to use and either free or inexpensive.

Statement feature is decent except the way the statements are formatted is only semi professional, only in Black and White and no lines to separate visits.

I love that it is almost free. We pay $35 for the clearing house and the PM.

The aging report is horrendous. The collection report is closer but still a mess.

How everything can be saved for billing and makes it go so much smoother, easy to add patients and easy to submit claims. Claims are processed very quickly.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.

The only dislike is that we can not add the pets name.
