The best thing about Chorus Connection is that it is easy for anyone to use - from beginners to experts. The administrative side is also very intuitive.

It was easy to follow to insert your picture and information. As a whole the chorus, really liked having all of the musical files in one place and with the ease of listening to them.

For a small investment, I was able to free up a lot of staff time for other impactful efforts.

I trust this organization, their customer support is the best out there, and my singers appreciate the ease of use of the software.

I don’t like the look of the files and music pages.

I met the fabulous folks of CC at Chorus America conference last year & they explained things so well, & answered my questions. They continue to be a great resource as we encounter challenges.

And, because you setup this stuff only a few times a year, it is difficult to remember everything that you must do to get it to work properly. Also, there are a few key things that are missing.

The bulletin board is a great way for members to post information. We have been thrilled with the excellent customer support provided, and can't imagine how we ever managed without it.

They've been engaging, supportive, helpful, and insightful, and they are wonderful to work with. Using Chorus Connection has been a game changer for our choir members feeling supported.

The customer service was great - just wish some of the integrations were easier like importing Google Calendar and a sign up.

But the biggest issues I have are 1. The whole concerts linked to attendance linked to music linked to payment is the loveliest concept ever invented but it is insane to use.

What I liked most about this product was the ease in setting it up both for the administrators and for the chorus. Most of our members are over 60 and there were few complaints about the difficulty.

I love the calendar integration and it's live feed. I love the members data management that has the individual update their data rather than having to have spreadsheets.

Music is easily available, the calendar function is really clear and configurable, and the member directory is super meaningful.

Saves us time and money from publishing a paper member directory. Also love being able to add all music links associated with a specific concert in one place.

I've loved using Chorus Connection because it's so user friendly and intuitive. I love the resources available and often find myself coming back to the blog posts because they are incredibly helpful.

I really don’t have anything that I don’t like. Maybe just the lack of a native mobile app.

It's disappointing on the whole, because I see it as a decent booking system with potential, if they kept up with the times and listened more to their users.

Integration with existing platforms was a little difficult, and getting others to try is has been hard as well.

The company is great, the people are helpful. The software is overpriced and clunky.

The inbuilt marketing functions are absolutely dire and Mindbody doesn't integrate with anything (it's not even on Zapier) so you'll struggle to build a great marketing machine using it.

I cut my losses and canceled the subscription very early after realizing how little help it was in my area.

I mainly used this through my iPad and there were some minor issues where it didn’t seem compatible with the iPad and I would have to navigate the site in a an odd way.

The interface was so old-school, and the customer service was absolutely terrible.

Mindbody is missing several key features such as double-booking options and the option for memberships is pretty difficult to use. MBO is very hard to train new people in using.

Very good experience with Mindbody, it helps me stay in shape and I love all dance classes. It always worked very well for me on my pc, for now I did not use it on another device.

My experience was $500 per month at two locations of nigthmares, frustration, and apologies for clients.

It's a great app when you gym has this kind app for the booking of their gym's class.

The only thing I don't like about this software is how hard it is to find all of your different studios' schedules.

Their staff team is also super helpful and they have many seminars and resources to help build your business.

This software is easy to install and has great customer support if you have questions. It simplifies booking appointments, adding inventory, taking payments and scheduling.

I haven't found any features that I don't like about Mindbody.

Absolutely love Mindbody and how easy they've made scheduling. I love that I can purchase class credits right from their site and I know what experience I am getting each time I log in.

I have had trouble in the past managing my accounts. Since I need different logins for the studios that I visit, it can get a bit tricky.

It was great that our trainer was able to meet with us weekly to help us learn the system.

It was the worst experience, afther that company, I had hired another that did the programming in 2 days and I was using it in 3 days at the 50% of the cost.

I took mine via zoom and it was very easy to enter and participate. This is inexpensive (even free if you choose) and you get to stay fit while having some fun.
