ClinicTracker support was there for us, took care of all our needs, and made sure we were ready to launch on time. I'm impressed with their commitment to quality and customer care.

But they have terrible documentation. Most of the time the documentation does not explain what something does, or how to use it.

I lost several staff through the process. They were teaching me how to implement the system, but not how to use it.

Love the patient portal. We are able to send out documents for people to sign virtually which is also very helpful.

Implementation going great and the team is wonderful at meeting our specific needs.

Our providers love it, our billing clients love it, and our revenue cycle management clients love it.

Overall we have been very pleased at how ClinicTracker has helped  our clinic function more efficiently and has reduced cost of printing and admin filing time and outsourcing billing.

The Diagnostic Assessment, Crisis Plan and Treatment plan are useless in their current state. You of course, can pay them to customize it.

We would recommend CT to anyone who is searching for software to meet the Medicaid mental health requirements.

Our company provided APIs to embed video conferencing into Clinic Tracker meeting scheduling sysytem. The experience was great, the team was very helphul and responsive.

I like that I have better supervision over my staff. The note is the superbill so we have better staff compliance with notes.

It is an integrated, customizable product that can grow with us. It does not work well with Apple products, at all.

We find customer support,  to be most helpful when we speak directly to a live customer support representative. This option is always available, and the response time for the request is adequate.

We have also been able to save money by bringing billing in house using BillingTracker.

I liked that connecting with clients was easy. The link to the conference room was nifty and easy to use.

Our providers love the EHR and HR tools for practice management. IT is one of the EHRs we recommend when our clients are looking for the best.

We chose to move to ClinicTracker in July 2010 because of its versatility and customer support's ability to make custom changes for us.

Clinic Tracker software is easy to use and user friendly. There are training videos and manuals readily available to help as well as  robust initial trainings to help programs get started.

I also like the integration with insurance and merchant services.

This software offered an incredible experience I would be happy to share with any mental health professional.

This EHR feels unnecessarily clunky and complicated. It is somewhat difficult to navigate and is not particularly intuitive.

You have to go back & forth with them 4-5 times before they will even look at the issue. I swear they are reading from a script.

We went through a consulting process to help us choose the right EHR given our wish list.

Sometimes it is difficult to log on delaying access which can be a little frustrating when trying to get on quickly.

The program library allows you find other useful program to add for your client, the training videos are also very helpful for training parents, and is it very user friendly.

Their onboarding and support teams are efficient and proactive. It is clear management cares about their clients and is invested in their success.

Overall, ReThink has been amazing. The Customer service responds within hours to any concern, and consistently seeks feedback on how they can make their already amazing software better.

There are also way too many drop downs and switching windows happening within the software just to see the information I need.

This means we have not only consistent, but quality communication with a team dedicated to improvement.

It is so easy to use and is comprehensive. I love the you can keep taking data offline.

Their customer service is responsive and thorough.

I also love the immediate feedback to questions and problems. The task analysis and video models for training on software use and plan implementation are fantastic.

Its interface is incredibly user friendly and features allow me to utilize numerous tools that are needed for great data collection.

Rethink has been a greta asset to our company. We have has a wonderful experience but there are some improvements that need to be made.

None of the staff seem inconvenienced by my ongoing questions or mistakes. This is my first business and getting started couldn't have been easier.

I first began using rethink in 2017, I have been consistently impressed with its software capabilities and enhancements throughout the years.

The plans are fairly useless to us in the field as they are not designed for clinical practices. The behavior reduction program layout makes it too simple to just check a lot of boxes.

For my uses, I find it very hard to use the system.

I am truly amazed at how responsive all the members of the ReThink team have been.

Our use of Rethink has been positive, however at times it takes quite some time to communicate via telephone with representatives.

I feel customer service representatives and the overall program are responsive to concerns and each individual suggestion is taken into consideration as though they are your personal programmer.

The software is user friendly, as time goes by new programs are implemented to keep up with the needs.

All of our company goals are saved and can be edited/ modified for future clients. There is also a wonderful list of pre-populated goals that clinicians can access and modify as needed.

It has been great, and i have recommended the software to other agencies.

There sometimes is a lag from when I input data to when I can see graphs but that is limited.

This makes it difficult to track new behaviors.

Its easy to use, provides good reporting information, and it provide a comprehensive suite of platforms that support our business.

The training is exceptional. All staff have been very positive, knowledgeable and most of all supportive and accommodating.

Really happy so far with the software and customer service. I am nervous about getting more clients as the $50 a month will become costly at some point.

Rethink is a cloud-based behavioral health practice management solution, which helps healthcare organizations across the health industry manage ABA data collection, create schedules and streamline client interaction. 

The solution lets physicians perform assessments and build personalized treatment plans. Using the video-based RBT training module, staff members can participate in quizzes and competency exam to pass the certification criteria of Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Rethink allows clinics to record various financial data such as funder contracts, billing codes or signatures and prepare reports about productivity, contract usage and cancellations. With the billing module, teams can synchronize billing information, handle reimbursements and share reports with members.
