Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the price and the features that come with it. Especially the integration with Webroot!

  • The remote connection is solid and painless and the cost is outstanding. The organization of clients is great as well. Oh, did I mention that the cost is outstanding? :)

  • Cons

  • There were a few missing features but nothing we couldn't handle in another manner.

  • It is so easy to use that I have a hard time finding the cons. There are some features that I don't use at all, such as the knowledgebase.

  • Pros

  • Ease of use, it works great, accurate categories. Administration has been very easy compared to past products we've had.

  • Does it's intended functions, Does it very, very well, and requires minimal hands on time from IT staff. Overall, a highly satisfactory product.

  • Cons

  • Documentation was slightly sparse, although sufficient. Support was good, but maybe a little bit lacking on a couple of minor technical issues encountered during setup.

  • Could have easier to read logs to identify issues as we like to try resolve issues ourselves, other than that we are happy with the product
