It's easy to use until you find a problem and want to stop using it automatically.

In the past it has been easy to use and when it erroneously listed my contribution as monthly, quickly corrected it and refunded the contributions that I had not intended to use.

I thought it was a good way to make a donation for Bernie Sanders.

As described above, prior to the requirement that overseas Americans provide their Passport Number, my experience with Act Blue has been positive.

Specifically, I appreciate that the contribution forms have an intuitive interface and are customizable whether you are an administrator or user.

Because he was not clearly I was checking our credit card charges routinely and noticed repeated charges by ACTBLUE in ever increasing amounts.

For example I donate your auto bond and I received your monthly magazine what you’re doing with my money and how they’re helping wildlife.

They have absolutely the worst record I've ever encountered in correcting charging errors.

It's mind-boggling that disbursements are only available as hard copy checks sent through snail mail. An electronic option is long overdue.

The tool makes it easy to find specific persons or organizations for my donations. It even cancelled a recurring donation automatically when my favorite person dropped out of the race.

Easy to use, easy to stop using. A fine way to  donate to candidate(s) you support.

There is no customer support AT ALL. There is no accountability for where my money goes or mistakes in billing or donations.

I got to donate to the amazing and incredible Bernie Sanders.

I have often donated small amounts to Act Blue because it offers to send money to candidates and causes I strongly support.

I liked this platform because it gave me an opportunity to support people/ideas I believe STRONGLY in.

It is easy to use and covers a multiplicity of political organizations that I wanted to contribute too without providing the same information over and over again.

I have had very positive experiences. I  appreciate having the ability to share my personal experiences of its use and overall satisfaction.

I have tried to stop recurring payments that continue to come out of my account with no support or problem resolution.

Excellent way to donate. Easier than trying to locate an address to mail a check to.

Their large existing database of donor information makes it easy for donors to send a quick contribution especially with the ActBlue Express feature.

What I liked most of all regarding this software have been the features offered to its users.

I have been using them for as long as they have been around and this is the first year that I have had this problem. Are they getting too big to focus on customer complaints.

I believe it began with good intentions... to help Democrats raise money.

Deceiving, unclear, non-existent customer service.

I was charged twice and I cannot get customer service to respond even though I contacted them immediately. I am now handling through my bank.

Had to cancel the card recurring payments were being made on to stop them.

I have emailed and called several times with absolutely no response. I have had to shut down my credit card to avoid them taking any more from me.

I think they are a scam and their unscrupulous activity reflects poorly on legitimate campaign funding.

I realized Act Blue had, without my knowledge or authorization, made a recurrent contribution. All I could do was cancel future payments, but the money was already taken.

We had a very successful event and will use PayBee again. Very professional and a great value.

They were patient and explained the software well. After our event, we met again to debrief, and they were very eager to hear about our experience and consider what they could do even better.

As promised PayBee was really easy to implement and use and had most of the functionality we were hoping for as we launched our first virtual event.

PayBee staff were amazing. They quickly got back to us with any questions.

The PayBee team is always available to understand our feedback in-depth and they built solutions that make our life easier.

User customization is still restricted, roles and responsibility access, as currently there only two roles.

This was an amazing platform for our annual fundraiser. In the pandemic we were not able to hold our event in person, so someone recommended that we try Pay Bee to bring our event virtual.

There was also an issue when uploading email addresses for the RSVPs-- some of these were lost. Having a template to download and then fill in would be helpful to avoid this issue.

PayBee was very easy to use. The best part is that the PayBee team is SO supportive and helpful.

It was also a little confusing to see who had bid and who hadn't bid on items. MAybe a running bid sheet.

From start to finish, the customer support made learning how best to use PayBee much easier than it would have been with a company with lesser service.

We had a terrific experience with Paybee and appreciated how simple and straightforward it was.

They provided excellent, personal customer service and really helped us stay on track. Their support made me feel so much better about learning and feeling confident in using the software.

In the live event, it was a bummer that the text was over the images.
