Pros/Cons
Pros
- Everything was tracked in a very user-friendly and simple way. I was impressed with what it did, understanding that it would be best for more simple operations.
- Again, their Customer Support is the best I have ever experienced with a software solution. They are responsive and teach you "how to fish" instead of "fishing" for you.
- DonorPerfect has some good capabilities and is highly customizable. The software does a good job of tracking donors and volunteers and a decent job of tracking memberships.
Cons
- I find it difficult to run reports. There are a lot of upgrade features that you have to pay.
- Difficult to figure out all the reporting features.
- One aspect of the software that makes it a little difficult to use are the phrasings that are used as descriptors.
Pros
- We love NFG because it is easy to use, has a beautiful interface, and has most of the features we need integrated in one place.
- I have enjoyed my experience with Network for Good to date. Very reasonably priced, yet robust enough to give fundraisers a wealth of information at their fingertips.
- We appreciated the coach at the beginning of our joining Network for Good and now the customer representatives who help when we have a question.
Cons
- It provides inaccurate information and staff is unable to provide a work around even though they have had several complaints.
- So far the only negative is that we cannot link our direct deposit to multiple accounts for separate fundraisers.
- Because there are so many features, sometimes I forget how to navigate to something. This is more due to my "Rookie" status, than the software.
