Pros
- Customer service is one of the best in any CRM/Donor management I've ever used. The product has a ton of features and ability to communication through video, text, email, and direct mail.
- We love NFG because it is easy to use, has a beautiful interface, and has most of the features we need integrated in one place.
Cons
- It provides inaccurate information and staff is unable to provide a work around even though they have had several complaints.
- So far the only negative is that we cannot link our direct deposit to multiple accounts for separate fundraisers.
Pros
- The software is very user friendly, we ran into some issues with pulling in our legacy data because it was in a very old desktop versioned program.
- Ease of use and that it is fairly intuitive. We are a work in progress but the Team at Donor Driven has been great to work with.
Cons
- There are small inconsistencies and issues that make it slightly annoying, but overall they are a minor problem.
- If something happens to come up we contact our rep immediately and he gets things sorted out and we no longer have an issue.
