The finance features are great when pulling financial reports it integrates effortlessly with our accounting package.

A great feature is that it can be integrated with accounting packages. Support is super efficient.

At any given time, I can have a full overview of jobs in the system, money outstanding, cool reporting.

The job bag tracking system, timesheet the status report is also good and user friendly.

The staff are friendly, they know what they are doing. A very professional and pleasant experience.

The ability to link Jira - so you can do everything once.

The software is user friendly and pretty simple. Once one has a basic understanding - one is able to navigate the basics with ease.

There are a number of similar systems available but what sets Chase apart is the outstanding support and client service offered.

Wow  there are so many features I love. The planner - giving you an overview of everyone's work.

However the Chase team were great at ensuring my questions were answered fully, while giving throughout advice and insights on Chase functionality. The process landed up being  seamless.

Once a work type or task is added, it remains forever, even if it has been made obsolete.

The best feature of Chase is the amazing support team - there are similar products in the market, at similar pricing but what sets Chase apart is the wonderful service we get for the support teams.

Time capturing for staff is easy. Love the tracking of all docs, amendments, instructions etc - it helps give a fabulous post mortem on jobs.

In all fairness it could have been my lack of experience at the point that made the implementation harder. But once it was implemented our operations were really structured and data oriented.

Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.

Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

While you can utilize board histories to access lost cards, I found that too often some of our cards were inadvertently deleted by users.

The seamless integration of features. It's so easy to switch between boards, clearly see all projects, and the timeline of all upcoming deadlines thanks to the wonderful (and rare) calendar feature.

I wish more of the aesthetic features were not restricted to those who pay a subscription. But that is a very minor complaint.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
