In my area (maintenance) I use it a lot for the make readies and I can find everything there when I need more info like Names of the prospects, if the application was approved or denied this way I know if it is a real move in or not. The navigation of the application is really easy #### Cons In our case here at my property, We do property management and we use Get Done to work with work orders and Resman is not compatible, so far, with Get done.
