  • Pros

  • Natalie, a customer service rep is excellent. She will help you in any way she can and she always makes sure, you really want to do want you say you want to do.
  • Great experience overall. Customer service is fantastic along with the ease of use and the options.
  • We utilized their collections service and has produced amazing results. I couldn't be happier with legfi, I am very glad we switched from omegafi.
  • Cons

  • Some weird ways to find things. You guys really need to make assigning charges to event tickets easier, it can be a real tricky headache.
  • Also, selecting members to apply specific charges to is very difficult. The UI seems quite outdated and limited.
  • Cancelation on their pdf mailer. They say you have 5min to cancel, however there is no option for you to cancel as the user.

  • They've always been supportive, enthusiastic, and great to work with. I would highly recommend them.
  • The customer support staff is amazing, I send off an email and I typically get a response almost immediately whether by email or phone, the staff is very personable, and friendly egar to help.
  • My experience with shift has been great. The software is very useful, fast and user friendly.
  • Cons

  • The uneccessary PAP complexity. Makes tracking end dates difficult and results in angry clients at times.
  • The information that can be stored under the unit files in each Corporation is more of a one stop shop it is just the steps to get you there. Recording or entering information is time consuming.
  • Little bit slower in a slow network environment. Hard to edit in invoices with spelling and etc.
