Pros/Cons
Pros
- They've always been supportive, enthusiastic, and great to work with. I would highly recommend them.
- The customer support staff is amazing, I send off an email and I typically get a response almost immediately whether by email or phone, the staff is very personable, and friendly egar to help.
- My experience with shift has been great. The software is very useful, fast and user friendly.
Cons
- The uneccessary PAP complexity. Makes tracking end dates difficult and results in angry clients at times.
- The information that can be stored under the unit files in each Corporation is more of a one stop shop it is just the steps to get you there. Recording or entering information is time consuming.
- Little bit slower in a slow network environment. Hard to edit in invoices with spelling and etc.
Pros
- Their credit card processing fees are the best in the industry, they are responsive and nice.
- If one has Storage Commander Cloud, then just ask to log in to that id and enjoy the benefits of this awesome cloud storage device.
- No cost for amazing tech support. And your less expensive than your competition??? Yes please!!! Bottom-line, I'm just happy I found you Storage Commander.
Cons
- Some problems are not fixed when the new update come. Personally we have gone through 2 updates and the same problem lingers.
- It was time consuming as you can imagine not to mention the mistakes.
- However it is very buggy. With each new update there are new problems.
