They respond, they correct and they listen to suggestions for improvement, it's not often you find a company who honestly wants to do and be better.

The software is very easy to use and provides easy access to new vendors. The support staff at VendorPM are always there for you and ensure that you are getting the most of of their software.

If they do respond, they email me  the quotes directly. Also, when I'm submitting an RFQ,  a lot of contractors just ignore the request and I have to follow up.

Also very annoying that the city of the Vendor is not listed on the main page for selecting vendors.

The software itself is fine. The worst part is having to go back and look for more vendors when the ones you have chosen decline to quote.

I believe this platform is a great tool for property managers and any other companies that would require to obtain multiple quotes. Its easy to find companies.

I have been able to move forward getting jobs quoted and approved. Some I am still waiting on.

I like having everything in one place. Send one RFQ to multiple vendors just by selecting them from the list of vendors.

Find it a little confusing to pull up RFQ and manage them.

The lack of a feature that lets you blacklist/turn off some vendors for some specific tasks.

The overall concept of Vendor PM, which I personally believe is to be become a verb, like 'Googling' is brilliant.

We need more parameters for the drop-downs. We have a fire alarm installation and there was only an option for CO2 alarm installation.

I have had a software problem for over a month. I can't move tenants in or out and can't edit leases without my browser locking up.

The tenant portals failed to link up with the software. You can't add any other income categories other than rent received and late fees.

I was once told that I had to pay for your bookkeeper to find an error I made...luckily I was able to find the problem and fix.

This and the massive price increase for next year has made me decide to switch software providers for 2020.

The fees they charge for online rent payments is ridiculously high for the price of the software we already pay for. Their turn around for releasing payment to us is ridiculous.

Everything is great about the product. The support team is great.

The time frame for online payments, to your company or owner, is at least 5 days and if there is a mistake, you can add an additional 5 days to your process.

So far loving it and the customer support is just as good if not better than the reviews stated.

Good place to store information on tenants and good email capabilities. Good price but may be worth it to get Pro.

No customization, very limited reporting, doesn't have bank reconciliation reports, extremely limited GL codes.

Also, a system that should be a good fit for any size person or company and with room to expand. The integration of the Trans Union credit/criminal history site is a huge plus as well.

I switched to Buildium and have been very happy with their product and system.

I chose Rentec Direct because of the maintenance capability, rent paying and marketing aspects that was a good fit for our portfolio.

At first I found it difficult because it was too simple.
