  • Pros

  • I like their customer service also. Afterall I fully recommend for your shipment tracking solution for business owners.
  • I also love to be able to use the branded page with our company name and tracking status page to send to customers when we want them to track one particular shipment.
  • Cons

  • It gives you no ETA as to when the parcel will arrived. It tells you nothing about where the parcel is on the way.
  • There is a huuuge price increase when going from the Essentials plan to the Pro plan, almost 20x. That was a bit shocking.

  • The product has been tied up with multiple courier services and they act as a third party, but overall delivery is good and reliable.
  • What i like most about easypost is that it always justs works. Its seamless in our software and makes shipping supplies to patients effortless.
  • Cons

  • It's very customizable but ridiculously difficult to set up simple tasks in.
  • Was sometimes hard to debug when we saw issues.
