  • Pros

  • I love how easy it makes it to track customer satisfaction. It also has an awesome rewards feature that you can implement for your team, to give them pizza or gift cards.
  • Overall, I definitely recommend especially for teams on a budget and not much time to onboard. The process was quick, easy and the Nice Reply team is super helpful.
  • Nicereply has helped our team focus our vision on providing outstanding customer service. It integrates with our help desk software and is easy to use.
  • Cons

  • If you make a mistake when setting up your reviewing, you have to start from the beginning to fix that mistake, you can't just fix it.
  • I don't like logging in and looking at all the stuff I did wrong because that can be quite demotivating and demoralizing.
  • When a "bad review" is left it's usually due to the client misunderstanding.

  • I love how easy this made the process of getting documents from customers. It looks great and is super easy to set up.
  • Typeform is great for making surveys look more appealing. It's easy to build surveys and make them look better than simple interfaces like Surveymonkey or Surveygizmo.
  • The best feature are the easy to implement forms with lots of convenient ways to get the right kind of data in the right kind of way. Clients love using them, and I love making them.
  • Cons

  • Unable to remove their branding unless you pay twice as much. So essentially you have to pay €40 more every month just to remove their branding.
  • Unfortunately the editor is sometimes very slow if you have several logical steps and questions. Furthermore the own integration to Airtable is very bad, we prefer to use paper in between.
  • Internal reporting tools are limited. The jump between pro and premium was a little hard to swallow and there is no options for any ala cart features.
