  • Pros

  • Good functionality and cost effective, good integration with mobile phone technology.
  • The instructions were clear, precise and easy to follow. I like how you could individualise each site and relevant site administrator.
  • Cons

  • Members found it difficult if they had any other brand of phone. They were required to download a Q Reader to use Eva Chekin.
  • Difficult to log in when internet signal low. Not the softwares fault but was frustrating).

  • There is so much functionality. I love that rebooking is so easy as are refunds and amending bookings and payments.
  • The ability to save a portion of each payment to cover refunds is especially useful.
  • Cons

  • I have yet to discover any issues with the software, which could be described as a dislike.
  • Now Fare Harbor is single handedly destroying what we worked so hard for. I have spoken with several representatives of the company.
