Great software for sales, very user-friendly solution. Integrated with Salesforce, all calls are logged and recorded.

I've been using Aircall for 3years now, and I am quite satisfied with its simplicity and flexibility. It is easy to set up and sync with other CRM tools like Zendesk, Hubspot, Planhat, etc.

Aircall has a great UX, like that they also have a desktop app and webapp, good integrations as well.

It can be a little confusing to understand the log of calls at first but it's not a deal breaker to using the app.

However, I have used worse before, so I wouldn't discourage someone from trying it out.

We had a great experience with the mac os app. The customer service is great, they answer to the phone quicly and help us when needed.

It is really too bad that they have such a bad sales process because my team really likes their product.

And plus all that, the customer service it's so fast and always help me to solve one or two issues.

Meeting people around the world became easy and cost-effective.

Aircall has a nice user interface which is easy to use.

I tried to dispute the charge but despite having documentation showing we only had 3 users for that month, I was still charged.

Aircall is easy of use, so as a Customer Service Manager, I really appreciate its simplicity as the learning curve is very fast for new team members.

If you're looking for a starter service to make and take sales calls, then you can do worse than AirCall, but know that there are more feature-rich options out there.

I opted to go with Aircall as it not only allowed us to be free of wires, but gave good insight into when our customers were calling, and recording this information in their HubSpot profile.

Easy and very intuitive software, i love how works the iOS app and how works the desk app in my office.

The support has been confusing and slow, and therefore it's necessary with this negative feedback for their team.

We use Aircall for customer support, we like it as it's easy to use and we can have people choose between an English speaker and a French speaker agent, which is a must have in Canada.

The desktop app is self-sufficient to receive calls, and I should say the quality of these calls are just awesome.

AIrcall was easy to setup, super easy to use and the onboarding was second to none.

Easy to make a call within HubSpot. The dialer is within HubSpot making it feel native which is nice.

These options are often only available at larger enterprise level solutions, so we have been pleased with what we can get for the price.

I am a sales person and aircall's call quality is brilliant. No cracking up like hubspot.

It has an attractive interface and has very favorable pricing for what it is if you have a small team of 3-5 people.

I love that Aircall integrates with our CRM, and Support software making call logging fairly seamless. Setup for users is simple, and updating customizations for audio recordings is easy.

Everyone on our staff hated every moment of AirCall. They begged to switch from day one and then everything started going progressively worse.

However, for the times it has worked well, it's fantastic, so that does count for something in my book.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

It's nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. That makes it super helpful because it works across platforms.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

I like the ease of use of Office 365. It is a great value for the money and helps me keep all of my business information easily accessible.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.

The worst thing would be that its hard to recover lost excel documents as they don't show in recent workbooks.
