As I mentioned, this is absolutely a great and innovative tool to help connect people with each other through video calls.

The only thing that needs to be fixed is the recording functionality for iOS because due to that we are losing out on a lot of customers.

Without any registration we can join in any room with the known room name and password. Best for real time meetings.

I love using this platform as it is extremely easy and niche.

It constantly gets stuck and multiple transient issues arise constantly with no explanation and get resolved on it's own.

Fantastic - it has really helped us reach our customers and become more efficient.

Occasionally, clients would have an issue with the link that we sent them and I'm not sure if that was a user error or a software error.

I don't like how the audio cuts out when flipping the camera around on phones. Sometimes will be in conversation with customer and miss part of convo when camera is flipped.

It was not the easiest to use and the billing is confusing.

Customers get confused with the camera and microphone.

We use Gruveo for telehealth counseling, and our therapists report that it has worked well for clients to connect. Transitioning to Gruveo went smoothly with great support.

Since that time I've come to love how easy it is to use, the fact I can use it from any computer without having to install it each time, and the affordable price.

Limited time for free users, it irritated me till buy the full version.

The ease of use is fantastic for both the technical and non-technical.

It's the best videocall on the fly platform that I've tryed! very simple and realible.

Once installed, gruveo is easy to use and has a very fluid interface that makes navigating easy.

Being able to send them a link they can use on their phone to join the meeting room is huge. This saved us recruiting during the pandemic.

Very limited storage, only 5gb. Does not work on all browsers.

As with any platform, it is difficult to know if this is an internet bandwidth issue, a user (client) issue, or the platform.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.
