Pros/Cons
Pros
- So far, its been wonderful. While we had decent communication options in the past this service has been amazing overall.
- It is easy to use as any other phone provider, it has a good interface and a good reporting system.
- They can give any size office the best product and support and that has helped our office greatly. I have the best software and techs out there for our office.
Cons
- Since it is an internet service, the system can be questionable depending on the signal coverage.
- It does require continuous internet feed, so if the internet is down you have no phone service.
- Initially trying to find the correct menus to add a phone number to the new employee was a little difficult.
Pros
- My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.
- It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.
- I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.
Cons
- Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.
- It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.
- The worst thing would be that its hard to recover lost excel documents as they don't show in recent workbooks.
