Broadvoice Cloud PBX is a fully scalable, hosted phone system that can meet the needs of businesses ranging in size from one to over 10,000 employees. Services are priced per extension per month. Broadvoice offers U.S.-based support and assigns customers a dedicated account rep.
In addition to cloud-based voice applications, Broadvoice also provides SIP trunking for a single-vendor VoIP solution. Broadvoice SIP trunking is a “pay as you go” solution (i.e., you don’t have to sign a contract).
Broadvoice offers a range of standard PBX features, such as hunt groups, call forwarding, auto attendants and fax-to-email. Mobile apps and softphones extend PBX features to smartphones, tablets and desktop PCs. Administrators can configure settings for features such as auto attendants and users can configure their settings via Web portals. Online dashboards, meanwhile, allow administrators to track the performance of their voice networks.
Broadvoice does not require an upfront capital expenditure for IP phones.
