The best thing for most of Google's software is that it's free. If you don't want to spend a lot of money on survey software, this is great.

There is a lack of customizations, and it can be difficult to determine how to make a form match a company's culture or outlook. There also can be struggles with exporting data once received.

It's great to be able to access these benefits just with my Google account, it's free and safe.

The personality quiz is weird and disjointed, probably shouldn't be there in the small quiz version it is.

I have found that people have submitted nominations, but we were unaware of these nominations because there is no alert system.

We only get $5, and if we do not give out that $ we loose it at the end of the month.

I love love love how positive it is and how it makes me feel when i get a buck or when I can make someone happy and give them a buck or two.

Motivosity is great at a team and organizational level to recognize a company's most important asset: human capital.

A great way to stay engaged with your teams even when you are not close. Sending a thank you note or sharing pictures is a great way to improve company culture.

Everyone like the kudos whether attached to $$ or not. The software is easy to use and creating awards for special moments is a neat option.

I believe it has improved teamwork and cohesiveness. People love receiving praise, and it helps for checking the pulse of our people and documenting day to day interactions.

Motivosity is great in that you can easily take a minute and quickly reward or commend your employee right after the moment happens.

The idea is brilliant for getting employees to share and give to others based on performance and help. The gift card options are great and the slack integration to see who got praised is nice too.

It’s great to recognize and be recognized by peers for good work. The gift cards are a nice little bonus too.

Good, customer service is great, all my questions get answered. The software is user friendly, and it lives up to its name.

Ease of use and how data is integrated very well in the system. It is a great tool to recognize people within the organization.

It was a good way to reward co workers for helping, and made me feel appreciated when I would get thanks from other colleagues.

They were motivated themselves and presented the product for all of us in a way that made our decision easy. It is worth the investment, staff are always worth the investment.

We have had a couple of missed Anniversaries that weren't acknowledged on the platform- not sure if internal issue or Motivosity. Can't think of anything I don't like.

When I receive an over the top review from a customer i'm able to recognize them in Motivosity and the whole team can see it. It's been great for building rapport and morale within my team.

I also love that the money received can be redeemed for amazing gift cards. Whether you want food, retail, or just a standard gift card, you have that option.

You can send money to each other and compliment each other. A great way to stay motivated.

There are fun tools in Motivosity, such as the Meyer's Briggs test, the interest maps, and the store to spend your reward money in.

I was critical that losing the immediate tangible gift cards that we used to give out to our team would be a big negative.

This does more for inspiring a supportive culture than anything. I love the ability to recognize and pay someone else for their hard work.

This is the most important thing. And when they thank you it rapidly increases your dopamine level.

The interface is clean and simple and provides a good user experience. I love the ability to see the praise my colleagues receive.
