The software seems to be fairly intuitive and easy to navigate and use.

As we've implemented complex and customized programs globally, we have developed strong partnerships with our Annex Representatives and they have been amazing to work with.

There are a lot of steps to take into account, and things you forget about until you launch. These things should be highlighted sooner rather than later.

We are still having inconsistencies and odd occurrences from time to time.

The team helped greatly with integration and have made every effort to work with our team to ensure that the implementation went smooth.

The UI and dashboards are also in desperate need of an update.

While we are on an older version of their API, the newer version looks like an improvement in the right direction, taking things from good to great.

Launching a loyalty program is a very complex project.

Annex Cloud was has been a great partner. I haven't had any surprises and love that I have confidence in them.

I have experienced  great customer service with Annex Cloud. I rarely have to wait for a response when I send in a question.

Their customer success team has also been very helpful setting up custom reports and data exports, providing best-in-class examples when continuing to optimize our program and much more.

The only downside to OpenTable is that not every restaurant is a member so you cannot make reservations all in one place nor see all available restaurants to choose from.

OpenTable offers great customization options for searching through different restaurants. You have the ability to search by neighborhood, occasion and price.

Easy to use, love the restaurant suggestions and what’s available now options. Points are great too that can be redeem for gift certificates/cash.

Finding a new restaurant and earning points for eating at some of my favorites... what's not to love. Being able to make, modify or cancel reservations without having to call is the best.

I love the ability to not guess if a restaurant is going to be packed to the brim or not. It secures your ability to get a table at your favorite spot and not guess if itll be available or not.

They clearly have invested in the product and the user experience, both for the proprietor and the end user.

This is a great tool and very easy to use to book tables at pretty nice restaurants all across the city.

It's great how this app integrates with Google maps. It makes searching for a restaurant then making a reservation much simpler since it's all baked into one place.

The program will sometimes glitch and go offline.

I have had great experience using Opentable especially in such a big city where everyone is looking for similar reservations.

Never once have I had a problem with this app in booking or reserving a table at a restaurant.

I think OpenTable is a great concept for Restaurants and Consumers. It makes life just a tad easier for everyone.

The best part is you earn points with them which turns into gift cards that you can use at some of your favorite places.

This is a wonderful software that allows you to book reservations for restaurants quickly snd easily. I love the ability to choose an exact time and seating area.

Nothing from open table, I got annoyed when a restaurant no longer used Open Table and stopped taking reservations, but that is on the restaurant, not open table.

Very good customer support and is very knowledgeable about the software and can easily talk you through whatever process you are looking at completing.

I love how easy it is to use and get a reservation on the weekends when the restaurants i love are super busy.

This is my go to App when making dinner reservations. I also like the follow up and feedback/reviews I can give to help others.

I dislike that the search query resets every time the user views a restaurant. No map view on mobile site makes it difficult to use to make decisions on the go.
