Pros
- My experience working with Annex Cloud has been fantastic. The level of support I received was excellent, and they were always willing to work with us to accomplish our requests.
- Annex Cloud was has been a great partner. I haven't had any surprises and love that I have confidence in them.
- A great solution for businesses to add social log-ins and loyalty programs on their site, as well as many other available features. The customer experience with Annex Cloud was great.
Cons
- The backend doesnt easily intergarate with other platforms and most copy isnt easily ammendable. The reporting particuraly is difficult to use and can be confusing.
- The UI and dashboards are also in desperate need of an update.
- We are still having inconsistencies and odd occurrences from time to time.
Pros
- Amazing product and a great experience. I was also very happy to see the analytics that pointed me in the right direction for next steps.
- Highly recommended and nice product for startups especially, who are looking for budget friendly and reliable product.
- Overall, we are happy with Zoho. They are good people, provide great support, and you can't beat the value for money equation.
Cons
- We've got some problem with the email invitations often sent into the spam folder of our customers... but it's a common problem with other CRM I guess.
- Misleading information during the trial phase. Always upselling their useless apps through Zoho one.
- You get different answers from different customer representatives and the lack of an account manager is painful. App store is full of apps that barely work or aren't maintained.
