  • The ease of implementation and onboarding for new users is terrific and the clever way SharpSpring uses visual workflows to automate the system is genius.
  • When I have a question or need advice on the best way to do something, their customer support team is always responsive and helpful.
  • Cons

  • I rate the tool's usability as bad, lots of buttons that do the same thing, and lots of unstructured information on the screen.
  • Calendar Schedule - So you only get one calendar schedule for sales, so for example if you have multiple links for scheduling time on your calendar you cannot customize more than 1. Very frustrating.

  • The interface is very clean, most tools are easily accessible for every feature available and also, the very stylish and friendly design really improves the user experience, makes it more enjoyable.
  • I love how the calendar setup works. Also the reporting it offers is so helpful in understanding what content is performing best, as well as providing an easy and beautiful report for clients.
  • Cons

  • Lack of support for enterprise. Difficult to scale up using this tool.
  • The problem with this Sprout Social is that it sometimes misfires when posting to Linkedin. Instagram posting is also little glitchy.
