Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and has a lot of great features for our practice.

  • Easy to navigate, great for managing our business, reporting is flexible and robust, customer service is responsive and comprehensive

  • Cons

  • There’s nothing I can honestly say I dislike.

  • Somewhat expensive Client portal not intuitive Sending email blasts are very expensive after exceeding your limit Very hard to integrate online appointments

  • This product is very easy to use. It made a change in our office by allowing us to move Much quicker than before

  • It’s very easy to navigate and easy to use, I’m constantly learning new things as well.

  • Cons

  • Some of the native fields are not quite customizable. However, being able to have access to the data to pull it to other places makes it not really matter all that much.

  • the support is sometimes difficult to communicate with. they are timely but ifeel there is a language barrier.
