  • Pros

  • Easy to use and has a lot of great features for our practice.

  • Easy to navigate, great for managing our business, reporting is flexible and robust, customer service is responsive and comprehensive

  • Cons

  • There’s nothing I can honestly say I dislike.

  • Somewhat expensive Client portal not intuitive Sending email blasts are very expensive after exceeding your limit Very hard to integrate online appointments

  • Pros

  • Ease of use. Many helpful features. Great Support.

  • I like the fact that it is user friendly and easy to learn.

  • Cons

  • The system itself was easy to use but it had a lot of glitches that would be time consuming when in a hurry.

  • There is no "lock" for office appointments or sticky notes. It takes extensive knowledge to set treatment pathways. I wish there were ways to save commonly run reports on "ReportNow"
