The price for this EHR is phenomenal and BestNotes has the potential to be great. I like that you can add your own customized forms.

It can be incredibly difficult to stay up to date on the ever-changing regulations.

I have never had a bad interaction with a Best Notes team member. Furthermore, they are very quick to support and to resolve issues.

I like the ability to quickly run the reports I need on a day to day basis.

What you get for the price seems to be fair and the program feels simple to understand and use.

The calendar feature for all of our therapists to coordinate has been extremely helpful. The group notes are automatically placed in the client file and has saved countless hours.

Being a completely separated app is inconvenient. Also , when the client signs in the EMAR that they have received their medications, their name does not appear in the electronic signature.

Thus the systems uses a lot of odd symbols from the 1990's (such as a floppy disk).

Though I am extremely pleased with the BestNotes platform, it is their customer care and industry knowledge that sets them apart.

It's difficult to organize the chart and transfer records. When other programs are all using the same large MAR's the coordination of records is difficult.

Basically, this system is very user friendly. At first glance, it seems like a primary care system but they work with you to make the system specific to your specialty.

The appearance is great, it is very easy to get from section to section.

When I blocked the charge as the trial should be free and not charged and they deactivated our account. Very poor business practice and terrible customer service.

There are upgrades that needs to happen in order for this to do so and the turn around time is long. While using the software in remote places, it looses it signal and freezes.

It is very easy to use, intuitively constructed, even for docs that are not very computer literate, like me.

Customer service is pretty responsive and gets back quickly.

The simplicity and the easiness to navigate the system. It is a very good system for a small practice, the super bill with all CPT code is very helpful.

As of April, I still don't have  a system that I can use to see patients. Implementation is sloppy with many errors and customer service is terrible.

It was free at the time but functionality was great.

I liked that the schedule and  patient check in progress works well, that I can verify Medicare eligibility in the system.

Everything is great about this program. First of all it is cloud based, super user friendly, easy to use, and easy to navigate.

I hated the billing side. It was nearly impossible to clear payments that were connected to our older software and you always have to work backwards.

Inability to speak with a “real person” in a timely fashion. Ve had to wait 20-45 min on hold prior to speaking to someone.
