Their onboarding and support teams are efficient and proactive. It is clear management cares about their clients and is invested in their success.

Overall, ReThink has been amazing. The Customer service responds within hours to any concern, and consistently seeks feedback on how they can make their already amazing software better.

There are also way too many drop downs and switching windows happening within the software just to see the information I need.

This means we have not only consistent, but quality communication with a team dedicated to improvement.

It is so easy to use and is comprehensive. I love the you can keep taking data offline.

Their customer service is responsive and thorough.

I also love the immediate feedback to questions and problems. The task analysis and video models for training on software use and plan implementation are fantastic.

Its interface is incredibly user friendly and features allow me to utilize numerous tools that are needed for great data collection.

The plans are fairly useless to us in the field as they are not designed for clinical practices. The behavior reduction program layout makes it too simple to just check a lot of boxes.

The software is user friendly, as time goes by new programs are implemented to keep up with the needs.

All of our company goals are saved and can be edited/ modified for future clients. There is also a wonderful list of pre-populated goals that clinicians can access and modify as needed.

It has been great, and i have recommended the software to other agencies.

There sometimes is a lag from when I input data to when I can see graphs but that is limited.

This makes it difficult to track new behaviors.

Its easy to use, provides good reporting information, and it provide a comprehensive suite of platforms that support our business.

The training is exceptional. All staff have been very positive, knowledgeable and most of all supportive and accommodating.

Really happy so far with the software and customer service. I am nervous about getting more clients as the $50 a month will become costly at some point.

Lack of integration with the labs; almost everybody else has them. If you copy and paste from Word, the format it creates is awful, making the documents difficult to read and follow.

Clinical templates make it very easy for me to document. Billing is tightly integrated.

Poor customer service, promises to update - eg the FireFox platform was current when Reagan was still president - unfulfilled, and the general visual formatting and intuitive use is underwhelming.

This situation is both unfortunate and unnecessary. It is frankly not the cost of the EHR that will cause me to move on, but the lack of concern for my needs or the needs of the patients I treat.

However, Valant has been effective at integrating the billing/reporting features with the every day work flow creating increased ease of use.

Valant is a clinically comprehensive and sound software that is intuitive to practitioners and user-friendly.

I like the record appointment feature. The billing tab is SO HELPFUL.

Problem is it rejects nearly every claim, which causes backups. My providers complain about how complicated notes were, I have lost sever providers because of it.
