Training new employees to use it was very easy and our residents loved it. It was simple for them, and they liked the extra layer of security Amenity Boss added to our amenity areas.

Overall, this software was a true lifesaver this year.

Because of the current pandemic, our company implemented Amenity Boss as a way to manage restricted number of persons using the amenities to say with guidelines.

Setting up the schedules was always a bit of a struggle with the way it was laid out. Would also have preferred a way to offer user codes by resident vs. apt.

It's so easy for residents as well as myself to reserve any amenity at the community.

You also have the ability to add supporting documents/flyers to the amenity that residents may need to review before signing up. It is also super easy to send and resend resident passcodes as needed.

We were eager to get our amenities open for our residents and shopped a bit before deciding on Amenity Boss. The resident user experience was important to us and we wanted it to be easy for them.

The tough part is getting residents to use it and follow the rules without constant supervision. This has nothing to do with the software.

We started using Amenity Boss due to covid and it works great. It is easy to set up and very user friendly.

The ease of access is great. A lot of great features to help us manage our Fitness Area and other amenities.

The time slot must be cancelled prior to the time slot beginning.

I like the ease of use for the residents. I also appreciate how user friendly it is for us in the office.

I've had a great experience with amenity boss and I've really  appreciated being able to use this software to help navigate through COVID regulations.

I love the dashboard features and how the info i need is just a click away.

Amenity Boss was very easy and intuitive to set up for our properties once you understood the parameters that were in place.

Overall Amenity Boss is easy to use. If there are questions, it's easy to reach out to support and they respond very quickly.

Our overall experience has been extremely positive for both the residents and the staff. This app helps us control the occupancy in our amenities since we are still working on a phased reopening.

The biggest negative feedback we received from our property staff that used Amenity Boss regularly is the inability to re-open an amenity spot if someone does not show up for their reserved time slot.

Activation through our on-site service teams went very smooth. Their customer support team is the most helpful and knowledgeable group I have ever dealt with.

This software allows our community to still enjoy our amenities while helping us to streamline social distancing.

At first, I was a little confuse with the set process for the hours of operation.

Really happy with the responsiveness of the support team and their willingness to integrate suggestions into the software.

Helps keep our community together. The aspect of increasing communication in the community is important.

This was not at all related to the software but made it limited use.

CCC does a good job of keeping the announcements organized, and is a good space for community forums and accomodating bookings.

I am happy with how things work when creating and posting the announcement.

It is very easy to use and find things as most of the things are self explanatory on this software. Several automations makes it easy to find and undo things.

CCC is a big improvement over emails for recordkeeping because it allows access to the entire board and keeps track of outstanding issues.

The library function is very limited re size of documents permitted and the organization of documents.

Very easy to use and navigate. Good method of communicating with residents.

Easy to use, great customer support, easy flow when changing details, logical software programing.

It's unclear how open CCC is to various languages. It's also difficult to gather the older generation online, those who would rather read announcements or find communication through pinboards.

User friendly and exceptional customer service.

They did deliver on what the offered, and it didn't cost the board a ton of money. But I think the best thing is if there is a feature that our board needs they make it and add it for us.

It is very easy to use and display of the software is great.

The most important point for me and, I would like to highlight is the support and the excellent service of the Condo Control team always gives to us.

My journey was great with using this software. All over thanks  to team for giving us such a good training.

Its user friendly and the support team responds promptly when you need assistance.

The only issue I have is a recent change has made inputting dates into vacation a little more difficult.

Ease of use and functionality. The software has allowed us to organize and keep track of different aspects of the condo management in our building.

I also like the notification system, keeps me in the loop on everything going on in the building. Helps to arrange a schedule if needed.

It appears that the APP has functionality problems and people cannot always use a computer to access the site.

The benefit is definitely effective communication. We’re “in the know” about what is going on and owners can access info easily from the app.

Condo Control Central is a property management solution that provides an online communication and management platform for condos. It offers an online discussion forum, amenity booking, concierge management and more.


An online file library lets residents store documents such as by-laws, homeowners association meeting minutes and financial statements.
