The setup team and the setup meeting was great. They went over everything in detail and were available to answer questions and help with integration.

The product is generally very easy to use, particularly for frontline workers. The backend can be a bit less intuitive and the canned reporting is lacking in my opinion, but overall it is simple.

Organization in warehouse, reduce error in fulfillment.

Our situation was a little tricky in that we had to coordinate with some difficult international carriers and use cases for DDP shipping.

Simple, clean and incredibly user friendly interface which takes the guess work  out of training and implementation all while being more cost conservative compared to other options.

So far I've been very disappointed with ShipHero and the support that we have been given.

Being able to setup automation rules as well as the bulk ship feature makes the work a lot easier. The basic features are very reliable and the overall system availability rate is great.

No control over what sized boxes they pack your goods in which leads to crazy shipping prices. Miss information when signing up.

ShipHero has an awesome support team and group of individuals to answer the call for your 3PL business needs.

Also a huge fan of how easy it is to track, manage, and keep up to date on inventory of all products at a given time.

We are able to keep track of our costumers inventory. Ease of use for the people on the floor.

I dislike that the way picking is set up that when the picker is picking the system does not give them more than one location for an item incase that the item was not there in the first location.

I would recommend them, the team is responsive and they are knowledgeable and helpful.

Easy to learn and setup. Very intuitive even for someone who has never used shipping software.

The graphQL API is very useful and we use it a lot.

Amazing customer support. And during the times we do not have any need of customer support - A good laugh is always to find in Shiphero.

There are no custom reports, or no way to change printing formats. Shipping label can't be customized neither the invoice.

ShipHero is competitively priced, and up until about 4 months ago, was an amazing partner in our business.

The ease of use - We can train a new worker in less than 15minutes. All the cool functionality which makes my workday a little easier.

Great WMS bringing flexibilty to the organization.

I like being able to adjust inventory through my phone while I'm in the warehouse.

But to mention one con for me - Then it would be confusing error messages. Errors dosn't happen often - But most of the time the error message just dosn't make sense (To me at least).

It was how the old software communicated fulfillment statuses to the orders in Shopify. All-in-all, the software is great.

Seriously terrible customer service. I've emailed them 3 times in the last 4 weeks without any response.

When you factor in labor costs, and lost revenue due to inventory errors, packing errors, and slow/disorganized shipping Shiphero pays for itself very quickly.

The company has been great with helping set up the software for what we do. Not expect us to change our operations to make their software work.

In fact I was charged today $95USD to send a few of our small products across state, which should cost about $25 total.

Those apps had many problems, most of them related to the large number of products they had to keep in sync at all times.

I think the support team involved with the software is also phenomenal  - as we have questions they are so great at getting back with us. I also love the integration features.

Easy to use and navigate. Simplified out pick/pack/ship operation.

The implementation process not only showed us how to use the product but was also provided great training on industry best practices.

At the time of this review, the billing scripts you have to make to do advanced charges don't change the excel files created for invoice backups.

The dashboard is great, and our customers love how easy it is to just click a metric and view whatever data we have tailored to fit their needs.

Not only that, but having the system be reliable for them is an asset that cannot be overstated.

Ability to provide customers with high-end and reliable customer portal experience. Ability to seamlessly integrate with prospects that show interest in our company (A huge selling point).

The ability to pretty much customize anything (if you can figure it out).

A lot of our customers have niche needs so this was a good choice for us. In addition, the ability to hook into the API with other systems is amazing once you get the hang of it.

The dashboard is great for managing day to day operations and gives great visibility to everything happening within your warehouses. Reporting is nice, you can build fairly advanced queries easily.

They also have many helpful tool tips, and easy access to their Knowledge Base which really helps make the transition go smoother.

Saves us tons of time and money. The system is setup in a way where you can define how you want your business to run, instead of being forced to do things a certain way which was great for us.

Infoplus is easy to view all our inventory in real time, it keeps things organized and is user friendly.

We are not tech experts so the fact that we learned this software and understand the workings of it is invaluable and a true testament to the dedicated customer support team at Infoplus Commerce.

The easy to navigate dashboards take just a few mouse clicks to get to where you need to be. The reporting is spot on and the help functions make things very clear.

Infoplus helps us track, in real time, where and what we have on hand. The cost savings in being able to track every piece of inventory has saved our company a ton of time and money.

Infoplus is a good-looking software with a solid core set of features. The table management and navigation are simple to use, allowing for easy filtering to the information needed.

All of the other 3PL's we interviewed the initial cost of entry was mid five figures.

With custom fields, API, smart documents, and scripts the possibilities are endless.

Sometime system is hacked & trouble in inventory management.

I love the fact that if the software does not have something out of the box that you need for your business process, you can use building blocks and scripts to create it.

They also have an extensive knowledge base though it too was sometimes hard to understand.

If you do not have a dedicated person or team writing the script logic you will absolutely struggle with the billing module, and even then it can difficult to work with.

However, they now a new, very solid, leadership team. I personally know most people on the leadership team, and they really are great to work with.

Overall I had a great experience with Infoplus and would recommend them to anyone looking for a technologically advanced and reliable system.

This system is very intuitive and easy to navigate. With the information stored in tables, it is easy to search for the information needed.

They respond with the right help and follow up like clockwork. We are looking forward to introducing major features in our own company, and I feel confident in Infoplus to help it work right.

We've built our own middle-ware to cover any gaps that infoplus had, and their amazing API allowed us to do that.

Infoplus has native mobile application which is the need of the day. It's navigation is very easy and fast.

Providing backup documentation for invoices is a bit of a pain.

Overall I've had a great experience with Infoplus and their team. Would recommend to anyone who needs an end to end WMS solution at a very low price (comparatively).

The company does not provide the option to pay for a developer from their team to customize the product for you.

We are a new company and all of our resources need to be focused on costs and growth in real time.

There are many data points to help optimize SKU placement which is crucial when your facility is near  peak capacity. Support staff is very responsive and close tickets quickly.

When fully deployed and all capabilities integrated InfoPlus is worth the money. Just prepare for a longer than necessary deployment period.

I like the ease of use, and ease of teaching others to use. Our team was able to hit the floor running after 5 minutes of training.

Fortunately, Infoplus makes it really easy to use and navigate their software.

Customer Service - Their customer service is 2nd to none. If I wasn't limited by characters, I would continue to commend just how crucial they've been in helping our business run smoothly.

The tool is missing a big piece of the order to cash process. Invoicing is NOT built in it requires integration to a billing system.
