The interface is slick and visually appealing without a busy cluttered appearance. Support is multimodal and rapid.

Sometimes the way it prints out for the rDVM's  is not the way it looks on the screen originally and it can be confusing to read.

The spplication is Intuitive, easy to use, time saving, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative. I also like how you can use it on various technology.

It is ease of use for everyone within the clinic, from the receptionist to the technicians and doctors.

Workflow is great, and easy between modules. Training is fast for new employees.

I can't say enough good things about this software, it was the best choice for our start up and I know Shepherd will grow with my practice.

Every single person that helped us transition was beyond amazing and patient. The training was simple with the available walkthroughs.

We tried a different software and it was horrible. My team was skeptical of anything cloud based and not having paper charts but now we would never want to use anything else.

The search engine is difficult to find the client or patient at times.

Search mechanism is limited to patient and client names, unable to search by breed or diagnosis, etc. at this time.

The customer service could not be better, and they have never forgotten about us - we feel as valued and as important as day 1.

Very user friendly, navigation through software and patient records is extremely easy. Extremely easy to upload lab results, radiographs, images, and other documents to patient record.

The cost is affordable for any size practice. The user interface is straight forward and simple to understand.

Populated Physical Exam is limited to companion mammals and isn't quite 100% applicable to avian and reptile species (or amphibian, fish, invertebrates, etc).

I love that the SOAP is so clearly laid out. Images and all diagnostic work is easy to upload and easy to find.

This software is SO easy to use, yet still comes with all of the features that our clinic was looking for.

We are still working on the workflow for our practice, but overall it is very easy for new team members to learn, and a relatively smooth switch from paper charts to paperless.

We needed medical records and a system that would download line item detail into Quickbooks so that we could stop doing double entry. We love that Vetter allows for MWI and Abaxis integration.

I was absolutely amazed at how good the customer service is, as they quickly responded all our emails, or calls with answers to all our questions.

I refused to pay for these as it cost me clients. I finally asked for my data in a disc format,they held my data hostage for 10 mos.

Overall good experience, however we needed the tax breakdown and unfortunately had to switch programs.

I am in LOVE with Vetter Software!!! Not only is it EASY to use, easy to obtain, extremely affordable...the Customer Service is above and beyond.

Love the fact that we don't need a server or have to purchase expensive software. Accepting payments is easy with their integrated payment processing and we don't need fancy terminals to do it.

We have made the change from paper to paperless and are improving our reporting and inventory management by using Vetter.

Easy to use software that did everything I needed without the large upfront cost.

Lack of automated or custom reports. Lack of key metrics and KPIs in reports (e.g. COGS).

I love that it is cloud based , it helps me help clients even when out of the office. You will not find better customer service anywhere!!! They are always there when you need them.

There is no current report that will tell me how much pharmacy inventory is on my shelf and how that compares over time.

Vetter has been an excellent solution, and the team is incredibly responsive to our needs and requests.

Our practice grew rapidly and Vetter improved dramatically over the many months we have been working together.

Flexible and customizable veterinary software, constantly improving.

I like how it's easy to navigate and access. Not overwhelming to understand how to learn.

As always with any PMS software, there are a few new features missing that were present in prior PMS packages.

It is not available offline which can make it difficult to use in remote areas and the inventory section took a while to learn.

We have thousands of dollars invested in this software. We are stuck with this company because it would be way too expensive to move our database to another company.
