The worst aspect of 8x8 Virtual Office was dealing with their support.

This is an amazing tool to use as the main driver for your CRM/CS operations.

The best feature is the call recording for QA management purposes, it allows you to both load and downloads any phone interactions for you to be able to monitor quality.

This service is great for both inbound and outbound calls coming directly from any type of CRM you are using, it could be custom-built or salesforce directly.

I find it difficult to do anything on 8x8 besides look at my missed calls and voicemails.

We quickly realized that the lack of MMS was a deal breaker and informed the sales person that we would not be moving forward.

I have had a few clients struggle to get into the meetings but honestly that seems to be user-error and there have been no difficulties with mac v. pc, etc.

Great calling app with a lot of features. Connection is generally good if you have LTE or fibre optic wifi.

It's a great platform for streamlining communication between clients and having visibility across multiple platforms.

The app can be somewhat buggy. There are times when the app becomes unstable and takes some time get back to functional.

It is a good system over all. The phones generally seem to work and they are reasonably priced.

I would recommend this software. The softphone is functional and integrates well whether at the office or working from home.

It’s not priced that well compared to competitors that offer more.

Set up to training to just learning all the features so quickly and effortlessly was huge. I was up and running  in 1,2,3.

Limited functionality when it came to routing calls across groups and attempting to integrate video conferencing equipment.

I tried replying to that email as it stated to do so if it was in error only to get an auto reply stating that I reached an email address in error.

Also, the email client was difficult to use and was very glitchy sometimes resulting in losing emails. The customer service was also below par.

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

Relatively intuitive to use and good functionality.

Several days later our card was charged again, followed by an email stating that we would be charged a cancellation fee.

Terrible Customer Service and They Won't Let You Cancel.

Works great on mobile and desktop. The call quality was overall consistently good and it did integrate with Salesforce.

Thus far my experience has been completely positive. The product is very easy to use.

There are so many cool features to this software. We have used 8x8 for over 5 years now, customer service has always been super helpful if we ever had any issues or questions.

Like I described in the top paragraph, I initially had doubts about the cost. These doubts were crushed when I saw all of the value that this product adds, however it could always be cheaper.

I have used 8x8 with a previous company and the service was solid so I thought it would be a good fit here. It wasn't and the customer service and support was about as bad as it gets.

I enjoyed using this in the office and liked how it would integrate with my salesforce to have one place to use.

We changed phone providers due to a dissatisfaction with poor support resources and difficulty with learning and understanding the admin portal.

Integrated with conference, outlook, etc. Admin console and control better than we had with Fusion/Megapath.

Also, if app on computer desktop is not open then you don’t get chat messages or in coming calls. I have it to automatically open when I start computer but sometimes accidentally close it.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and recommend giving them a try if you're in the market.

The next month comes and my card is charged again.

Very pleased with the overall experience, 8x8 is an amazing tool for Contact Center and call-driven interactions, keep in mind you will still need a softphone  software to sync it with.

It's an all in one solution. I love I can get my phone calls, VM's messages, etc. all in one place.

Easy to use, quite reliable and a must for small businesses.

The seamless integration between the VOIP handsets and mobile app has been great. Call quality has always been clear.

This is cost effective solution for small and growing companies and it's easy to use.

After much research we went with 8x8. Their customer support and ease  of use was the deciding factor.

Ease of use and iOS app. Also, the Office 365 add-in works great.

I liked that I didn't really have to set anything up. My voicemails came directly to my email so I could retrieve them and listen to them quickly.

There is a user limitation (max 4) on the RingCentral Meetings portion of the base software that really makes it unusable without upgrading, so that was a bit disappointing to find out.

The software runs flawlessly and I’ve had a great experience in both using it and learning it.

I have been very happy with the service, I love the app version so if I have to step out of the office I can still take calls.

The value of the comprehensive business package for the very affordable price.

I liked the usability with RingCentral. I was able to change the phone number on caller id very simply and it was a great integration with Salesforce.

RingCentral helped us to solve the use of old technology like physical faxes. It offered an affordable options for tele-conferences and it provides multiple options for customer service, when needed.

Overall it was a pleasure to use, and I would highly recommend it to anyone as long as you don't need a phone solution that can Integrate with Pipedrive.

Love the Voicemail to Text function, and how easy it is to return a call. Mobile app is also great.

I like the ring central faxing and desktop application. Super simple to use and user friendly.

I have had a pleasant experience with using this program and I would recommend it to others.

We utilize Salesforce heavily and the ease of use RingCentral provides with SF is wonderful. Highly Recommend the product if you are looking for a new VoIP provider.

It's a solid platform, but the UI needs some work. I believe the platform has excellent potential.

This time around we got a price reduction, app was completely redone and is great, and support has been significantly improved.

The customer support is great. They have always been so helpful every time I need help with our set up.

This tool has many great features and functionality, but it is still very simple and relatively intuitive to use.

The only complaint I have is that if you dont start your meeting within 5 minutes of logging into the meeting then the system kicks you out and you gave to call back in and start over.

It's a good experience overall but I wish they'd be more in line with other pricing.

Ring central is a great product, it can make reaching clients and employees possible during any circumstance. Training employees of the system was easy and quick.

Easy to use and customer service is always helpful. Great app for your mobile phone.

Overall, RingCentral is outstanding. The price is affordable and I love the fact that there's no contract.

Easy onboarding, great service, easy to use administrative controls. Best mobile app of any VOIP service.

And...we can send/receive text messages as well which is AWESOME. I have not used the video yet, but will be testing it out next week - my expectation is that the video will be easy to use as well.

These people are the worst. And this is their sales department, the department that is usually the nicest to deal with.

I emailed, went to facebook and used the chatbot to try and cancel and no one executed my cancelation and was charged for the service.
