We love how easy it is to add new people to the system and change settings, the customer support chat is amazing.

The recent frequency of degraded service, particularly on Mondays and the lack of an ETA on any type of fix.

Overall the text/fax desktop site works great for communication with patients and faxing.

We have had  bad or dropped connections. It is so bad, many staff just use their cell phone instead of the desk phone.

Voice mails are readily available and you can track phone numbers if needed. Support help is always there if you need help as well.

Wait times with customer service are ridiculously long. I understand with remote work and shortage of staff all industries are facing this issue.

We were previously with Weave and had issues that were not resolved for weeks if not months at a time. Mango is easy to call or chat with and the service and resolutions are quick.

My experience has been amazing. I am always able to contact support with any questions  I have.

Mango is good I just wish they could be integrated with our scheduling system and sent appointment reminders automatically. Other than that they have great customer service and help you right away.

Integration process was easy to do. I like that I have the ability to listen to a voicemail from my email since the mobile app does not let you do this for the android version.

Every once in a while the phones go down for no reasons and require the phones to be rebooted. This tends to happen mostly on the main phone line.

The phones look and work great. They are easy to use and my staff loves them.

I didn't know there were so many more options to help manage calls and messaging. I really like the ease of use and options for usage.

I appreciate the snippets, I say a lot of repetitive things and this helps greatly.

I also l love that we can send and receive text messages through the software. The fax feature is really easy and I no longer have to walk to the fax machine.

Yealink phones are hard for people to use. Some came broken and service rep did not replace, he ignored us.

It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.
