I like the ease of use that the software provides. On the user end it also looks great and serves as a useful tool to visitors to and tenants of the building.

Easy to work with once you get the hang of it. Touch screen interface is great for users.

The software is ease to learn. The IT worker is always willing and ready to help us when there an issue.

I loved that the process to set up and design was seamless and there is always someone live on the call to assist when troubleshooting the device.

The graphics and the different features are great.

Being charged for services that shouldn't be necessary (like how to customize the directory). No local service techs  (company is based in Connecticutt and we are in Oregon).

I like the ease of adding companies and names.

I am not sure what it is missing as this is the only directory software that I am using.

Very happy with the produce and support. I wish I had know that we could have had a turn key installation in the beginning, rather than work with contractors to ultimately go that route.

The customer care to setup the background of the directory was easy to work with.

The ability to use multiple apps and integrations.

The apps that can be used to make templates, the ease of use, and the hardware that is offered. The cost per screen is amazing and the ability to manage the environment from one screen is wonderful.

But it was sort of inexplicable when it happened. We are using an Insignia brand TV with built in Amazon Fire to run our Optisign.

The apps are hit and miss if they actually work. I can't get at least one file to load at all.

Some times is confusing  when i tried to put the menu start over all then i did.

We are sold on Optisigns. The site leaders are excited to finally have key dashboard metrics shared along with fun messaging.

Trying to get it set up on our tv's. Only because of the fire walls/restrictions that our IT department has in place.

I was using a different service previously and we often lost connection to our TVs.

OptiSigns is growing in features. The tutorials are helpful - providing pages with the most frequently asked questions with helpful pictures.

Uploading assets and creating the playlist was also super easy.

The price is exceptional for what it can do but its not as pretty as other ones ive used. Screen layout templates where awesome.

Lack of specific apps for my business. I was able to utilize the weather & embed apps.

I have tested a lot of software programs and this was the only one I stayed with because it was easy to use, easy to set up, and easy to integrate with my TVs.

Although we are still under the trial period, I am confident that Optisigns is the perfect fit for our operation.

Overall, from the initial onboarding process to tech support, they've been wonderful to work with. We have deployed over 60 devices across the country with ease.

It has been simple and cost effective. We also love that they are supportive of non-profits.

I like how easy it is to navigate and how helpful customer support is.

My only issue is that sometimes the app seems to take over my Fire Stick. If watching another program, once in a while it will interrupt it and return to the OptiSign app.

So far, it's been pretty great overall. It does what we need it to do for now and it's the best bang for your buck.

If using the app you have to continuously connect to internet. When there is connection problem it can not work properly.

Software is easy to use. The hardware/software is very affordable.

The ability to adjust what I have going on in our Theatre daily remotely is just fantastic.

Overall I think the product is very good. Setup was easy and once integrated in my setup usage was pleasureable.

The interface is easy to use and understand. There is great support and helpful emails when you sign up.
