  • Pros

  • Performance is good, better than JIRA. It's easy to automate bug reporting with Bugzilla, it has an API to interact with the system.
  • Best for small companies who wants to start up with less budget.
  • Cons

  • Without doubt the interface is the worst defect of them, seemingly old and a bit confused.
  • Little difficult to customize as per project needs. Difficult to attach large files while reporting bugs.

  • I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.
  • I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
  • Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.
