Our Analysis of Keap's Pricing Plans
Keap has simplified its pricing into one all-inclusive plan designed to support small and midsize businesses with CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools in a single platform. Instead of choosing between feature tiers, pricing now scales based on your number of contacts and users. Here’s what that looks like—and what you’ll get with a subscription.
Keap pricing overview
Keap’s platform starts at $249 per month (billed annually) or $...
299 per month billed monthly, for up to 1,500 contacts and two users. Additional users cost $39 per month each. This plan is designed for small to medium-sized businesses looking for an all-in-one solution to manage customer relationships, automate marketing, and streamline sales processes. __Required implementation fee__ All new customers are required to purchase an implementation package for a one-time fee of $500, which includes: - Strategy consulting and automation setup - Data import and migration (up to 15 hours) - Weekly and monthly check-ins with a strategy manager - Up to 2 third-party tool integrations While mandatory, this service is designed to shorten your ramp-up time and ensure you get value from the platform quickly. __Pros:__ - All-in-one platform: Includes CRM, email marketing, sales automation, landing pages, forms, and text marketing. - Advanced automation: Build complex workflows with visual automation builders and AI-powered campaign templates. - Text marketing: Includes 150–250 monthly SMS credits depending on the plan variant, with additional messages billed at $0.015 each 2. - AI tools: Access to AI Content and Automation Assistants to speed up campaign creation and communication. - Customization: Create custom fields, dashboards, and reports tailored to your business needs. - Sales pipeline management: Visualize and manage deals with drag-and-drop pipelines. - Implementation support: Includes onboarding services like strategy consulting, data migration, and done-for-you setup. __Cons:__ - High starting price: At $249 per month (billed annually),, it may be cost-prohibitive for solopreneurs or very small teams. - Mandatory implementation services: While helpful, these services are required and may add to the initial cost. - Limited SMS availability: Text marketing is only available in the U.S. and Canada. - No free or entry-level tier: Unlike many competitors, Keap does not offer a free or low-cost starter plan. __Conclusion__ Keap’s pricing is simple but positioned at the higher end, making it a strong fit for small to midsize businesses ready to invest in an all-in-one CRM and automation platform. For teams that need a unified tool to manage sales, marketing, and customer relationships, Keap offers robust functionality and hands-on onboarding support to help justify the cost. That said, solo entrepreneurs or early-stage businesses may find the lack of a free or lower-tier plan limiting. If affordability or flexibility is a top priority, exploring more scalable alternatives could be the better route.Compare Pricing

Way too much time on the support line for hit or miss solutions, and the ever increasing price for a product that is not keeping up feature wise for the price they are asking.

Great Tool for Small Business Growth, But With a Learning Curve
4
My experience with Keap has been mostly positive. It's a solid tool for businesses aiming to automate their processes and centralize their customer interactions. After getting over the initial learning curve, I found it invaluable for managing customer relationships, automating marketing, and tracking leads.

Reasons for choosing Keap
Keap’s automation features are tailored to nurture leads, engage customers, and manage follow-ups, helping to streamline the entire customer journey.
