Swiftcloud are a great company to work with!

Overall we are very pleased with the progress we have made as a business through working with Swiftcloud and now have all foundations in place to drive forward in a digital way. Their software has improved business experience for customers and allowed us to be more efficient when processing orders.

Pros:

We have experienced excellent customer support throughout our time with Swiftcloud and their software has been easy to use across the board both internally and for our customers too. Having the resources to help us with bespoke development work has been a real asset for our business. We have now been working with Swiftcloud for nearly 2 years and have made significant progress. Good company to work with!

Cons:

The functionality of the App is basic, but does the required job well. Customers find using it to place orders easy in both mobile and desktop format. Future improvements are coming this year and these will make a big difference to the overall user experience.

The team of people that work for the business, they are always approachable and nothing is too much trouble.

Cons:

The time is sometimes takes for updates to happen to the system, I know they are working hard to give us the best platform possible but it is the time element.

My experience with SwiftCloud has been nothing but positive, every crazy idea I have had to allow us to utilise Swiftcloud for more and more of our business requirements has been picked up and developed with enthusiasm and great communication. If you are considering utilising SwiftCloud then I would suggest that not only will you not regret it but your team will thank you for it.

Pros:

Swiftcloud has been a god send for our business, this ease of use has allowed us to reduce our order processing time in half. This has then allowed us to allocate the resources saved to expanding our customer base. We have been with SwiftCloud for a number of years now and have watched it develop and adapt to our ever changing needs, this would not have been possible if it wasn't for the excellent customer support we have received.

Cons:

There are still one or two things I would like from SwiftCloud to support our business needs but these are in development and are more to suit our particular business model than a standard out of the box requirement.

Pros:

We've been with SwiftCloud for 6-7 years, maybe more and not had any merger issues and when we've had an issues usually get resolved asap. Our sales reps have used it and says it good and have no complains.

Cons:

There is not much, apart from you will need Internet, as it doesn't work offline, apart from that I can't think of anything else
