Kaspersky Total Security for Business is one of the most comprehensive security solutions you will need to secure your business. It truly justifies it's name. It is easy to manage for the administrators and provide complete endpoint protection, protection of data in employees' personal devices and even the mail server protection.
Advanced data encryption techniques can be deployed to secure critical data at both the file level as well as the disk level. As it is very easy to manage and maintain, an organization can save a lot of resources in managing their network security.
It costs more than the competitors. Also, limited protection is offered for Mac and iOS devices.
I would definitely recommend this product to organizations which doesn't have cost constraints and want the best product in the market. However if you are a media company and most of your endpoints are MAC based, then you might need to look at other options.

Easy to deploy. Captures most virus and integrate with network
It doesn't work when you need it. Consumes a lot of resources. Notifications are not clear
Develop good use case, and test. Make sure you establish good baseline and compare with other vendors
