Readyportal is a cloud-based portal application serving small, midsize and large enterprises in industries including financial services, health care, legal, nonprofit and trade associations. Primary features include content management, collaboration tools, content management and user permission controls.

Readyportal allows organizations to create and manage web portals which can include modules such calendars, notifications and reminders, discussion forums, messaging services, task managers and learning management.

Readyportal offers various portal styles suited to different needs such as a collaboration portals, community portals, customer portals, employee portals and student portals. Security features include permission controls using token authentication and SOC2 security.

Readyportal is available per user per month. Support is offered via phone, email, webinars and online chat.

Painless

This software hooks up no problem and is easy peezy leamon squeezy.

Pros

It does what it says and the connection seems that bandwidth is unimpeded by the connection. It always works and is easy to get connected.

Cons

the only prolem I had was not really with the software but just the process of getting it configured from our tech support folks. Honestly it would be the same regardless of what software it wasinitial set up, but that's to be expected

Great value for money and customer service

There best two things that are absolutely fantastic about Readyportal, are one, the customer service, and two, the simple website management . When I send an email to anybody, I get immediate response and support. In fact, the one time I didn't hear back in 2 days, I'd wondered if something happened in Canada. The customer service is excellent. It is the exact opposite of Comcast service. The other thing is the option to customize and deal with the website portal personally. There are a lot of customization options and they are not hard to implement. The learning curve is to be expected. However, you don't have to be a tech guru to maneuver through this platform. One last thing I would add is that they were the most cost competitive solution we looked at.

Fast, High Quality Portal Solution
