I love to see other organizations in my town that also started to use it like the kid's teachers for volunteer field trips or the sky club for races. The current dashboard is great for immediate visibility, but expanding the custom filtering and reporting capabilities would make things easier. Unison is easy, quick, and beautiful. And, I have a record of who is involved! Volunteers have no trouble signing up, reminders go out automatically, and all I have to worry about is making sure that I keep an eye on the schedule. Cons: Remembering to check to see if the spots are filled before an event. I am so grateful that they usually are!
